What members get

Enquiries, jobs and invoices in one workspace

Keep customer details, organise the week’s work and record invoice payments without swapping tools.

  • Enquiry form

Homeowners send an enquiry through a public form. It is a request, not a confirmed booking or appointment.

  • Enquiries to jobs

Convert an enquiry into a customer and a job in the same workspace.

  • Calendar and tasks

See the week’s work. Staff only see the jobs and tasks assigned to them.

  • Invoices

Draft and issue invoices, email a secure link, and record payments you have received.

  • Customers

Customer records sit with the enquiries and jobs they belong to.

  • Website

A standard template populated with content you supply. We publish it for you. Each plan has a published-page limit. Bespoke design, copywriting or extra work is agreed and quoted separately.

Purpose

Supporting EPC businesses across the UK

Solid Pancake is the operations platform for UK Energy Performance Certificate assessors. The work happens in people’s homes. Enquiries, jobs, calendars and invoices belong in one workspace.

  • Built around home visits

Enquiries become jobs on the calendar.

  • Staff see their own work

Each person sees the jobs and tasks assigned to them.

  • A public website

From a standard template, published for you.

How it works

How to get started

Ask to join as a UK EPC assessor. We review every request. Sending the form does not create an account.

  1. Request to join

Share a little about the assessing business and the plan you have in mind.

  2. Review

We read the request and get in touch. Joining is not automatic.

  3. Start work

If we approve, you sign in and run enquiries, jobs, the calendar and invoices from one workspace.

Questions

Before you request to join

Anything else? Add a note to your request and we will answer it when we get in touch.

Go to the request form
Does requesting to join create an account or take payment?

No. The form stores a membership request for review. It does not create an organisation, user account or subscription, and it does not take payment.

What happens after I send a request?

We store the request, send you an acknowledgement, and review it. We then contact you. Joining is not automatic.

What do the prices cover?

Solo and Team include a set number of users, one public organisation website built from a standard template using content you supply, a published-page limit, and a limit on active enquiry forms, plus enquiries, customers, jobs, calendar and invoicing. Bespoke design, copywriting or extra work is agreed and quoted separately. Business membership is an individually agreed quote.

Is Solid Pancake VAT registered?

Solid Pancake is not VAT registered. No VAT is charged.

Does the public form book an appointment?

No. Homeowners send an enquiry. That does not confirm an appointment, price or booking.

Can I collect card payments through Solid Pancake?

No. You can draft invoices, email a secure invoice link and record payments you have already received. The software does not take card payments.
